A CONVERSATION STARTER
Authors Kenton Myers and Gloshanda Lawyer wrote a piece entitled, "Black, Indigenous, People of Color: The BIPOC Interpreter Experience - Tokenism and Weaponization of Our Identities".
This piece encourages everyone to "engage in difficult conversations that will, in turn, lead to more transparent and authentic collaborations/interactions amongst our colleagues and peers."
